In accordance with the spirit of the General Office of the State Council’s “Notice on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2026” (Guo Ban Fa Ming Dian〔2025〕No.7) and in combination with the actual situation of the company, the arrangements and relevant requirements for the 2026 New Year’s Day holiday are hereby notified as follows:

1. Holiday Schedule

The New Year’s Day holiday in 2026 will be from Thursday, January 1st to Saturday, January 3rd, with a total of 3 days off (including adjusted rest days). Work will resume as normal on Sunday, January 4th, 2026.

Work Handover: All departments shall sort out their ongoing work in advance, properly complete pre-holiday work handover, clarify emergency contacts and handling procedures during the holiday, and ensure that business continuity is not affected. For important projects or key positions, a special guarantee plan shall be formulated and filed for the record.
3. Safety Inspection: Before the holiday, the person in charge of each department shall organize a safety self-inspection in the office area, turn off the power supply of all electrical equipment such as computers, printers and air conditioners and unplug the plugs; lock the doors and windows, properly keep important documents, materials and valuables; check whether the fire-fighting facilities are in good condition, ensure that the evacuation passages are unblocked, and eliminate potential safety hazards.
